Had a 29-minute run last night for W4D2 of the OHR. It was much tougher than Monday, when I ran for 42 inexplicable minutes.
Hmmm...
Made it fine but it hurt a lot more last night.
Figured up that I've run approximately 76.5 miles since Memorial Day (May 25). If I'd started in Searcy and headed south, I'd be around 5 miles north of Sheridan right now.
